Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): approximately 5–10 business days
  • Some apparel and specialty items fulfilled by our partners may take 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If tracking appears stalled for several days, please contact us at contact@maisonadelaide.shop and we’ll gladly assist.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in Maison Adelaide, please contact us and we will share updates as international shipping becomes available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Maison Adelaide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase. However, if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we will do our best to assist before it ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is in their care. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears lost in transit, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

For any pre-order or special release items, estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately at our discretion.
