Return Eligibility

  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Apparel not fitting as expected
  • Unused and unwashed items in original condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Soaps and body products must be unused and sealed for safety.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us with your order number.
  2. We review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Receive your prepaid return label.
  4. Ship the item back to our return address.
  5. Refund issued after inspection.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used soaps
  • Opened skincare or body products
  • Intimate apparel
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order to ensure accurate inventory and faster delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost to you.
